The Story of Olive The Art Bus

Hello!   My name is Kris Finn and I have taught visual art in Orange County Public Schools at all age levels for over 20 years. Helping students define themselves as lifelong creative people has been my source of joy for my entire career.   During the pandemic, my husband and I converted an old school bus into an rv (@raven_bus on Instagram).  
​This got me thinking:  What would a mobile art program in a bus look like?  How could I bring the joy and fun of making art into the community in a new way?  In 2021 an opportunity came my way to create just that in a repurposed city transit bus! This is how Olive the Art Bus came to be.  I began offering mobile art classes in late 2022.  Recently I expanded my offerings to teach camps and classes in my physical art studio space near downtown Orlando, Little Orange Art Studios.  Homeschool groups, classes, camps, partnerships with art organizations, parties, events, outreach...... contact me to find out how The Art Bus Fl/Little Orange Art Studio can work for you!
